Our Facility

A milestone for Dick Stone food service was the commissioning of our new state of the art processing and cold storage facility. Completed in November 2007, our new facility houses a boning room, food service operation with portion control area as well as 300 pallet chiller, 900 pallet freezer and blast freeze area of around 80 pallets. This cold storage capacity allows up take advantage of seasonal conditions and market fluctuations, in turn offering you weekly specials and pallet buys.
Our facility has gained an A+ accreditation by AUSMEAT for quality assurance and is licensed by NSW Food Authority who externally audits our HACCP programme.
